I hate running...but I have decided that I am going to love it.
I used to love it, once upon a blue moon ago. And I lose weight and keep it off faster when I run then doing hours and hours at the gym...

I stumbled upon your blog and when I read this post it reminded me of me! I came to love running for the benefits you don't really think about: I get out of the house for the length of the run. No kids (not that I don't love him), no responsibilities, no phones. Maybe that will help you?!
